Announcement
The online booking of exhibition booths at the EGU General Assembly 2026 is now open. The EGU Programme Committee and Copernicus as the organizer of the exhibition cordially invite you to take part in the EGU26 exhibition. In doing so, you will reach an expected audience of over 16,000 on-site scientists from about 110 countries working in all fields of Earth, planetary, and space sciences.
While the booth rental fee will again include the shell scheme, it will also be possible that exhibitors use their own construction provided by their own stand-builder for most of the booths. In these cases, exhibitors are asked to specifically indicate this upon booking the booth location.
The exhibition is scheduled daily from Monday, 4 May to Friday, 8 May 2026, 10:00–18:00 CEST from Monday to Thursday and a shortened day on Friday, 10:00–13:00 CEST.
Information & booking
Next steps after booking
After having booked a booth, exhibitors will be able to provide exhibitor information (logo, description, advertisement tiles) for their online exhibitor portal in the exhibitor management tool. This online exhibitor portal will not only be used on the general conference website, but also linked in a virtual exhibition area on Gather which will allow video chats with virtual participants.
Additional information such as fascia board designs, as well as the free registrations for exhibitor staff members can also be entered in the exhibitor management tool. The deadline for providing all necessary exhibitor information is 17 March 2026, 13:00 CET.
All booths include a defined number of free registrations for exhibitor staff members according to the booth size. Regular registration rates apply for all additional exhibitor staff members. Additionally, an exhibitors' lounge in rooms 1.96–1.98 of the Green Level 1 is available for exhibitors to take a break and enjoy some complimentary refreshments.
